The title “Into the Wolf” comes from the Italian expression for good luck: in bocca al lupo, which translates as “into the mouth of the wolf.” We all have something inside of us that we are afraid to face, but by befriending your own “wolf” you can start to break free of fears that keep us locked in habits of passive-aggressiveness, self-doubt, and avoidance. Into the Wolf is an invitation to have the courage to trust yourself and find a more authentic and effective way to be in the world.
